Returns and Refunds
We operate a simple and straightforward 28 days money back guarantee.
You may return your products to us for any reason within 28 days of receipt for a full refund except post and packing charges as long as the products:
- Is returned in a first class condition.
- Have been used in accordance with the instructions for suitability.
- Are in their original packaging.
- Are returned with a delivery note.
After the 28 days have expired you will be treated as having accepted and approved the products.

We will issue a Returns Advice Number which should accompany the goods.
