As we are involved with all types of disabilities through www.mouseability.co.uk, we realised it was a natural progression to offer products and services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, through a dedicated web site.
Through our many contacts in this area, we wanted to create an on-line site, where people could purchase a large range of products at a fair price and in a secure environment. In view of this we "launched" www.hardofhearingproducts.co.uk
We are now able to offer competitive prices, with an emphasis on service and reliability.
We want you to be able to shop with us with confidence and that is why we can say "You may return your products to us for any reason within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund, except post and packing charges, as long as the products are:
- Returned in a first class condition.
- Have been used in accordance with the instructions for suitability.
- Are in their original packaging.
- Are returned with a delivery note
